This is, i believe, an actor named Ernie e. FRANTZ, a Chicao(?) based actor. How do I know this? Check out James Fotopoulos's 'Back Against the Wall' where dear Ernie plays a dude who plays ping pong and gets made fun of for having 'women's hands.' Saw the movie a while ago and I freaked when I saw this clip and my brain put two and two together.
